Partnered with the USU Botanical Gardens we bring you a race filled with all things fall! This 5k race route will twist and turn around the beautiful gardens, with various water stops and harvest fun along the way! Don't get too caught up in the all the stops and forget about our giant carrot friend who will also be running the race. Beat the giant carrot's time and you'll win a prize! We know this will autumn-atically become your favorite 5k!
You know how we mentioned up above that if you beat the carrot you'd get a prize? Well, thats true, but super fast runners with carrot beating abilities aren't the only ones who get a prize in this race! Each participant will receive a limited edition Harvest 5k t-shirt, bib, and garden shovel medal! There will also be fresh grown fruits and veggies at the finish line that each runner will get to indulge in!
The registration prices for all children, aged 10 years and under, will be $5 cheaper than adult registration fee.
Harvest themed 5k run through the beautiful USU Botanical Gardens in Kaysville! This run features many different terrains, including asphalt, grass, dirt paths, and even running through an orchard!* Start time is 8 AM on Saturday October 26th, please meet in in the east parking lot located at 875 S 50 W.
**Please note that due to narrow paths around ponds, this race is not conducive to running with strollers. Thank you!
